i think that having a different father other than another eeveelution would at least pass on different traits
this eevee was based on my human character Riley being turned into an eevee like in PMD sky
but for this case let's say the father is an arcanine, explaining the fuzz on the top of her head and possibly the dirty whites of her fluffs xD
